We want you to be completely happy with your Coremax order. If something is wrong — or you simply change your mind — here is how we make it right.
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used jars unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping is free — we arrange pickup / provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of the returned item reaching us. Refunds go to the original payment method; UPI and card refunds usually clear faster than net-banking.
For replacements, we ship the new unit as soon as the returned product is collected. You will receive a fresh tracking link via email and WhatsApp.
You can cancel any order before it is shipped — go to My Orders → Cancel. Refund (if paid) is processed within 5–7 business days.
