Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Coremax order. If something is wrong — or you simply change your mind — here is how we make it right.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Reasons

3. Non-Returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used jars unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free — we arrange pickup / provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fee.

5. How To Initiate a Return

  1. Sign in to your Coremax account and visit My Orders
  2. Click Return / Replace on the relevant order
  3. Choose either Refund or Replacement and submit the request
  4. Our team will review and email you within 24 hours with pickup details

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 days of the returned item reaching us. Refunds go to the original payment method; UPI and card refunds usually clear faster than net-banking.

7. Replacements

For replacements, we ship the new unit as soon as the returned product is collected. You will receive a fresh tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel any order before it is shipped — go to My Orders → Cancel. Refund (if paid) is processed within 5–7 business days.
